I usually lose weight when I’m in Thailand. I don’t feel like eating fatty foods in the heat, and I prefer some of all the delicious fresh fruit to a half-melted chocolate bar. I’m also a big fan of their crispy seaweed, which you can get in most minimarkets. I’m not really sure how healthy it is (it’s been fried in a lot of coconut oil), but it’s really tasty. I’ve even spotted the crispy seaweed in many Asian supermarkets at home, and I can definitely recommend you to try it.
